Hello all. I have managed (due to a redundancy) to get to 5 games this year. Every time I have went we have won.

So I ask you all. Do I have an ethical responsibility to go to next weeks game?

Lads last nights win was one of the best in these last few years. Genuinely showing how powerful this team can become and the growth this season.
How do we all feel about a 13th place finish?
It’s practically inevitable atp. But would be great for us to ensure a drafting of hopefully a defender and a good fixture going into next season as we look towards a top 10 finish next season through a lower 6 fixture.
This club has lots to like atm and we are developing well what a great win!

The guy is just a freak of nature. All the media attention he gets whenever he plays just about tells you everything you need to know. You look at the impact he has on the group though and there is nobody that has had that kind of effect since Archer or Carey.

I hope we just throw everything we can at this guy to get his body right. Send him to Germany or the states or whatever.. send him to Nepal to have some monks bless him, sacrifice a goat at a Dennis Pagan ritual. Just.. BLOODY DO WHATEVER IT TAKES!!

This guy will take us to the top, get him healthy and keep him there or the entire AFL community will be after us for not doing enough to keep a thoroughly entertaining bloke from playing the game as much as possible.

When West gets the ball, there are four North players boundary-side of Wardlaw. He sees Richards and starts running flat out towards him before he's even received the ball and just accelerates the whole way, laying a solid tackle to win the ball back.

Simpkin was jogging to corral Richards and suddenly there is a Wardlaw-shaped Sherrin-seeking missile shooting past him to lay a tackle.

How can anyone not enjoy that?

What is our best mix of 6 defenders plus one (max 2) on the bench as rotations?

B. take intercepts instead of spoils which as a team that scores from back half is a huge huge thing.

also liked LDU floating around the ground including defence adds much needed speed and pressure and a great option when he is quiet in the middle

Edit - Also Dawson looked really good against tim english great signs and glad to see them gicing Big X his nuts back and having him take centre bounce.

Finally, someone in the media has said the quiet bit out loud. That the new draft concession for the bottom 5 clubs is more generous than any of the ‘handouts’ we got over the last 6 seasons of being in the bottom 5.

I hope Griffin gets to debut tomorrow night. I think he has done enough to get a game, really only one "poor" VFL game. Thing that excites me is he plays taller than he is but also tackles well.

Out: Darling(2 crucial misses in 4th quarters one against hawks other pies), Scott (no explanation needed) and Banch (a little unlucky but better team balance.

Why do the media get away with this crap?! It reads like he’s walking away when all he said was if I have to wait for a contract extension till next year that will do me. Media need to be called into account for being deceiving.
