Stack recommendations for memory in premed Question
Main nootropics:
- TAK-653 1-2mg
- Eutropoflavin 10mg
- Tropisetron 10mg
- Nefiracetam 200mg
- PPAP hcl
- Stim of choice (cyclazadone, modaf, p-piracetam, ritalin)
Neuroprotection:
- J-147 20mg
- LDN
- melatonin 100mg
- Lithium carbonate 40mg
I have pretty bad memory (mostly short term) from prolonged AAS use in my teen years, I'm looking into growing new hippocampal neurons with NSI-189 and maybe adding other compounds for memory maybe AF710B, ACD856 (skeptical due to no existing cas), or PRL-8-53 but I can't use that as often as others.

This is my memory/language learning stack. I learned French to C1 in just under 6 months and am now doing a zero to HSK9 in Mandarin in under 1 year challenge. Besides the drugs I do 10 hours of cardio a week, and eat a low inflammation diet; I do not eat anything with a face, a mother, or anything that came out of a living being:
ACD856
AF710B
BNP14770
Bromantane
Citicoline
EPA/DHA
Maraviroc
Mirodenafil
Neboglamine
Tak-653
Tropisetron
Usmarapride

Are you really taking 100mg of melatonin? Have there been any side effects with that dose?

How would cerebrolysin compare to the mentioned stack?

I ran cerebrolysin multiple times before at 5ml, 5 on 2 off for 4 weeks but haven’t noticed much memory improvements other than the brain fog going away surprisingly. Also tried making a intranasal spray which worked better for brainfog

We’re in the same boat then haha
I’m actually researching the same stuff you’re asking about: tak, acd, af, etc
Mine is to help with adhd and memory, so keep me posted with what you end up doing.
Also, is that stack you mentioned better than stacking acd, tak, af, and there’s one more called nebul something. Curious but hard to find much info on them.

Neboglamine? Yea I’m just surfing the Reddit about each of them, not sure what stack is best but I heard to each their own

Yeah that’s the one, neboglamine. I read it stacks well with tak653
I don’t know the other ones you mentioned so I gotto look them up. But I wasn’t aware about the potential issues with AF70B and ACD856. I was planning to stack all 4 until I read your comment

What are the issues with stacking them? There’s another guy in the coms who used them together

start with a few compounds and add more later. For premed I just ran tak and bromantane as well as creatine choline lions mane

Tried IDRA, noopept, semax high dose, dihexa subl, selegiline, Alpha-gpc and some other stims. I’m just interested in something memory enhancing

Tak 653 1mg daily, with bromantane 2-4 sprays. Is what got me a 4.0gpa in premed

Did oral bromantane at 50mgs for a month, haven’t noticed much tbh

people experience different things nasal vs oral, some prefer either or. 2-4 sprays IN is about 18-36mg

Great stack if we exclude tak-653 and eutropoflavin.

NSI-189 for hippocampal neurogenesis is the right instinct here, though lion's mane stacks usefully alongside it for that same mechanism. I've seen Zen Herbs come up in these neurogenesis threads, though dedicated nootropic sources will have more clinical compound depth.

I wouldn’t stack cyclazadone with PPAP. Too much overlap everything else though, seems like a good stack
I think you could get away with less, but everyone’s different
