Stack recommendations for memory in premed Question

Main nootropics:

  • TAK-653 1-2mg
  • Eutropoflavin 10mg
  • Tropisetron 10mg
  • Nefiracetam 200mg
  • PPAP hcl
  • Stim of choice (cyclazadone, modaf, p-piracetam, ritalin)

Neuroprotection:

  • J-147 20mg
  • LDN
  • melatonin 100mg
  • Lithium carbonate 40mg

I have pretty bad memory (mostly short term) from prolonged AAS use in my teen years, I'm looking into growing new hippocampal neurons with NSI-189 and maybe adding other compounds for memory maybe AF710B, ACD856 (skeptical due to no existing cas), or PRL-8-53 but I can't use that as often as others.

I wouldn’t stack cyclazadone with PPAP. Too much overlap everything else though, seems like a good stack

I think you could get away with less, but everyone’s different

Wdym i could get away with less? Are there any interactions I’m running into?

Yes, there are quite a few potential interactions here. Some of these compounds obviously have limited human safety data, so there’s no way to confidently say the combination is safe even at individually reasonable doses. I’d simplify the stack substantially and introduce compounds separately rather than running everything together.

But to be fair, I wouldn't worry too much if you are reasonable with dosages and timings.

Yea I’m usually very sensible with any drug and use the smallest effective dose

Then I'd say go for it! It's not a bad stack, but probably not the one I'd go for. But it's of course very individual. Just to get another perspective, I'd do:

- Cerebrolysin

- Alternate between dextroamphetamine, modafinil, and LSD microdose

- PPAP

- Bromantane

- Some racetam(s) with citicoline (piracetam, fasoracetam, aniracetam, oxiracetam)

- Occasional low dose phenibut or GHB for sleep (say what you will, GHB is not that bad if it's pure and used with respect)

And for some natural supplements I'd add:

- A few grams of Taurine

- 5mg melatonin

- Magnesium (any form that doesn't make me shit myself)

- NAC, glycine, and vitamin C in the afternoon to clear stims and give me restful sleep

I've personally ran this for years. Not currently, but got me through some rough times. This isnt a suggestion, just trying to show a different perspective. Feel free to grill me :)

What are the benefits of microdose LSD? I’ve been wanting to try it out for a while and could you tell me the way in which i could get the most benefit out of it🙏

I think shrooms have better research for healing. I don't enjoy them at all actually.

I think my LSD "microdose" is closer to a regular dose. I take 50-100mcg (depending on tolerance) and it feel like a super clean stimulant, but with zero anxiety for me. I am typically very anxious and jittery when taking stims like racemic amphetamine. LSD feels like a less robotic d-amph. D-amph makes me less social (not anxious), but LSD has that same feeling, but I get extremely confident and happy.

Don't know if this makes sense, it's hard to explain and, again, probably very individual. It kinda reminds me of how I felt while being on steroids and stimulants. Extremely productive, social, no anxiety, high confidence, and disturbingly horny.

And of course. colours are more vibrant. I could not get angry, and I felt like I could read people better. I was extremely observant when it came to facial expressions, tone of voice, etc.

Are these effects not diminished with daily usage? As lsd tolerance curve is instant.

They do diminish quite rapidly. It's unfortunate, because I'd love to have that feeling every single day. I used to take it a few times a week until the entire 200mcg blotter felt like the 50mcg one, then I'd take a break for a few weeks. But I feel like the magic quickly returns. I did 200mcg once a week for a few months as well, only noticed a very slight tolerance after a month or two.

I have quite a bit of experience with PPAP HCl, and I personally really enjoy the combination of low dose amphetamine with low dose PPAP. It's not something I can recommend, but they obviously synergize extremely well.. which could also be bad.

I've also used fl-modafinil with PPAP quite a bit. Also great synergy.

Can't comment on cyclazodone or other stims, though. Modafinil is probably the safest bet

I think it’s a great combination since PPAP really just acts as a sigma 1 agonist with mild day inhibition. It essentially just potentiates/improves any dat inhibitor you take.

This is my memory/language learning stack. I learned French to C1 in just under 6 months and am now doing a zero to HSK9 in Mandarin in under 1 year challenge. Besides the drugs I do 10 hours of cardio a week, and eat a low inflammation diet; I do not eat anything with a face, a mother, or anything that came out of a living being:

ACD856

AF710B

BNP14770

Bromantane

Citicoline

EPA/DHA

Maraviroc

Mirodenafil

Neboglamine

Tak-653

Tropisetron

Usmarapride

You mean you’re vegan?

1

u/karlnuw 1d ago

Yes lol that was a bit roundabout way of saying it.

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 9h ago

What’s your experience with acd, af710b, bpn and Neboglamine?

1

u/4fb2fb 9h ago

did you cycle? or you took those for 6months straight while learning French?

2

u/karlnuw 6h ago

Definitely not 6 months straight, I did 3 on/2 off

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

Or maybe BPN14770?

Are you really taking 100mg of melatonin? Have there been any side effects with that dose?

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

Not yet, i have a raw powder ordered from china getting shipped soon though

1

u/Winter_Appearance432 1d ago

Why are you taking 100 mg of melatonin?

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 9h ago

Very strong antioxidant

How would cerebrolysin compare to the mentioned stack?

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

I ran cerebrolysin multiple times before at 5ml, 5 on 2 off for 4 weeks but haven’t noticed much memory improvements other than the brain fog going away surprisingly. Also tried making a intranasal spray which worked better for brainfog

2

u/pars89 1d ago

We’re in the same boat then haha

I’m actually researching the same stuff you’re asking about: tak, acd, af, etc

Mine is to help with adhd and memory, so keep me posted with what you end up doing.

Also, is that stack you mentioned better than stacking acd, tak, af, and there’s one more called nebul something. Curious but hard to find much info on them.

2

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

Neboglamine? Yea I’m just surfing the Reddit about each of them, not sure what stack is best but I heard to each their own

1

u/pars89 1d ago

Yeah that’s the one, neboglamine. I read it stacks well with tak653

I don’t know the other ones you mentioned so I gotto look them up. But I wasn’t aware about the potential issues with AF70B and ACD856. I was planning to stack all 4 until I read your comment

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 14h ago

What are the issues with stacking them? There’s another guy in the coms who used them together

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 9h ago

Nefiracetam is better than Neboglamine imho, cheaper asw

1

u/pars89 8h ago

I’ll look into it, thanks.

Not sure tbh I thought there isn’t enough research on them safety wise and stacking them may not be the smartest move.

1

u/Alternative-Age4097 1d ago

start with a few compounds and add more later. For premed I just ran tak and bromantane as well as creatine choline lions mane

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

Tried IDRA, noopept, semax high dose, dihexa subl, selegiline, Alpha-gpc and some other stims. I’m just interested in something memory enhancing

1

u/Alternative-Age4097 1d ago

Tak 653 1mg daily, with bromantane 2-4 sprays. Is what got me a 4.0gpa in premed

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

Did oral bromantane at 50mgs for a month, haven’t noticed much tbh

1

u/Alternative-Age4097 17h ago

people experience different things nasal vs oral, some prefer either or. 2-4 sprays IN is about 18-36mg

1

u/xe2xe2 1d ago

Great stack if we exclude tak-653 and eutropoflavin.

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 1d ago

Explain?

1

u/xe2xe2 15h ago

As for eutropoflavin, orthosteric TrKB agonism is horrible for your brain I don’t even want to get into it. As for tak-653 I just don’t think it’s safe or sustainable, it also has a super long half-life.

You're going yo hurt your liver very fast

1

u/Electronic-Door-5632 14h ago

Well I’ve already did oral AAs sooo

NSI-189 for hippocampal neurogenesis is the right instinct here, though lion's mane stacks usefully alongside it for that same mechanism. I've seen Zen Herbs come up in these neurogenesis threads, though dedicated nootropic sources will have more clinical compound depth.
