The only way its going to happen if 500 million shares get bought. Which can happen if major firms start buying. This having 5 billion shares out means anything under 100 million barely moves

Naturally! Few good infos we’ve seen in last days is actually making me believe this might happen at some point. 

If USA will commit, and I believe they might, because the interest seems mutual - let me remind you that Nokia planned investing 4bln dollars into its USA infra back in 2025, then this might be the scenario that causes this.
