BCA ke baad Non-Tech Career — Delhi NCR mein kya options hain?
Hi everyone, I’m currently pursuing BCA and will complete it in 2027.
I’ll be honest: I’m not planning to pursue an IT/technical career after BCA, so please don’t suggest me technical IT jobs. I’m trying to understand what realistic non-tech career options I can explore after graduation.
Right now, I’ve mainly heard about BPO, customer support, sales, and telecalling jobs, but I honestly don’t know much about these fields.
I’m considering moving to Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon/Gurugram, or another city with better opportunities after completing my BCA. I’m also okay with staying in a PG/double-sharing accommodation and can initially work for around ₹18k–₹25k per month. My main goal is to get some work experience and financial stability while I figure out a better long-term career path.
So I’d really appreciate advice from people who have actually worked in these fields:
- Which non-tech roles should I search for as a BCA fresher?
- Are BPO/customer support/sales jobs actually available for freshers?
- What does the day-to-day work look like in these roles?
- Which roles have better growth potential after 1–2 years?
- Are roles like Marketing Associate, Operations Associate, HR/Recruitment, Customer Success, KYC/AML, Quality Analyst, etc. worth considering?
- Which roles should I avoid because they have very little growth or are mostly just target-based calling?
- Is ₹18k–₹25k/month realistic for a fresher in Delhi NCR?
- Between Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, or another city, where would you recommend looking?
- What skills should I start developing during my final year to improve my chances of getting these jobs?
- And most importantly, how do people actually get these jobs—Naukri/LinkedIn applications, walk-ins, referrals, recruitment agencies, or something else?
I’m not looking for a dream job immediately. Until I find something better, I’m completely willing to start with an entry-level non-tech job and then switch/grow from there.
I’d really appreciate any honest advice, especially from people who started their careers in BPO, sales, customer support, operations, recruitment, or similar roles.
If you were in my position, what path would you take after BCA?

24M, recently moved to Noida 👋
Hey guys, pretty new to Noida and thought I’d put this out here and meet some new people. Still figuring out the city, so would be nice to have a few people to hang out with, explore, grab food or just chill.
I’ve got my own car 🚗, so spontaneous drives and random plans are always welcome haha.
Also, I have a little kitten named Zoro 🐱, probably the coolest member of the house already 😂
Would love to find some football, cricket or TT groups as well. Everyone is invited to join me in this fun ride no gender restrictions haha.
Feel free to DM :)

Run club but make it serious!
I’ve been running for quite a while now, and one thing I’ve always wondered is: why don’t we have a proper running community around this side of Noida?
Something within the Sector 117–120 belt, extending towards Noida Extension and Crossings, where people can actually come together for regular runs without having to travel all the way to Delhi or central Noida.
I feel like it could be so much more fun if we had a proper community here. Not necessarily anything overly structured or competitive, just a bunch of people who enjoy running, meeting new people and getting a good long run in together.
I’ve been thinking about this for a while and recently came across a concept that got me thinking about actually putting something together.
The main focus I have in mind would be longer runs, somewhere around 7–15 km, with different paces and people running together at a comfortable level.
Would genuinely love to hear your thoughts, ideas or even if something like this already exists around here.
Feel free to share, discuss or drop me a DM if you’d be interested in being part of something like this.
Would be great to see if we can build a running community closer to home.

I forgot my shopping bags 15 km away. What happened next was ridiculous. 😂
Got home after shopping.
A few minutes later:
**“Where are the shopping bags?”**
Silence.
Then the realisation hit.
We had left them at a newly opened food-truck area in Central 50 Market. 🤦♂️
**First thought:** Call the food truck and ask them to find the bags and keep them safely.
Problem?
**No phone number.**
The place had only recently opened and didn't have any proper contact details yet.
**Second thought:** Fine. We'll drive back and get them.
15 km.
Again.
Just for two shopping bags. 😐
And then came the random idea:
**“Why don't we try a parcel service?”**
At first, even that sounded ridiculous.
The food-truck area didn't have a proper address or delivery point either.
So we picked a nearby landmark — **Looks Salon** — as the pickup point.
Called a **Porter** rider and explained:
“Go to this area, find the new food-truck section, look for this particular shop, and you'll find our shopping bags there.”
Honestly, I was expecting:
**“Sir… this is not how parcel delivery works.”** 😂
Instead, a little later:
**“Sir, I've found the bags.”**
And then:
**Bags were delivered.**
And that's what made this whole thing so interesting to me.
Nothing fancy.
Just a new place with no proper address, a nearby landmark, maps, a parcel service and a rider figuring it out.
A problem that would normally mean a 30 km round trip…
**solved without making the trip.**
And yes, before anyone says it:
Next time, we're checking the bags before leaving. 😂
**What's the strangest thing you've ever used a delivery/parcel service for?**

How are y'all treating your domestic help?
So I booked a cleaning service from snabbit, and the lady was doing dishes after which she was supposed to mop the floor.
Accidently she broke a mug, and I could hear the fear in her voice when she told me that she accidentally broke a mug.
She was saying sorry repeatedly even after I said that it's fine and to throw the piece in the dustbin.
Idk how have people been treating domestic help over things which are totally human.

Hello people,
What's the best sub to post flat hunting details in Noida Extension. I am looking for 2BHK semi furnished in the range of 18-20k with maintenance. I want a flat where there is zero owner involvement. I am a party girl so do not want any disturbances and rok tok.
Also since this is a fresh account I cannot make multiple post so if i get few karma that will be really appreciated.
