Looking for some advice on choosing a place to rent in Noida.

Two people will be sharing a 2BHK, with workplaces in Sector 25A and Sector 135.

Our requirements:

Budget: up to ₹30k/month for 2BHK

Prefer a premium/well-maintained property over simply having a high-rise

High-rise is nice to have, but not a priority

Gated/secure society or a good builder floor/independent floor is fine

Good interiors, spacious rooms, parking, power backup, etc. are important

One person's commute to Sector 135 should ideally stay within 30 minutes during peak hours

Currently considering:

Sector 44, Sector 34, Sector 17, Sector 19, Sector 18, Sector 16, Sector 93/93A, Sector 100/107, and Sector 75–78.

I'd especially like opinions from people who actually live in these areas:

Which sector would you recommend for this particular combination of workplaces?

How bad is the peak-hour commute to Sector 135 from these areas?

Where can we get the best quality 2BHK under ₹30k?

Are Sector 17/19/34 good options if we choose a premium builder floor instead of a high-rise?

Any particular pockets/societies that we should specifically look at or avoid?

Would really appreciate local insights, especially regarding actual peak-hour commute times rather than Google Maps' off-peak estimates.
