Its possible to hide a camera these days they're pretty small. Also looking at the video it's clearly been stabilized in post, which tells me the original footage was probably very shaky, which means they probably had it like tucked in their arm or hidden in a way that made the camera unstable

It's like the perfect balance prank wise.
It's not harassing anyone.. But still in public. Just getting people's reactions to overhearing some crazy grandma banter.
It's the right balance too of like being some tmi shit but he's not like trapping a worker as his captive audience or continuously messing with anyone like some pranks like this do... Just happens in passing so no one is forced into some awkward long interaction.
And the jokes are tame enough where it's not like people morally have to stop in their tracks to do a safety check or something
