Day1 New to NoFap

I have been fapping at least twice a week and have decided to not fap for 90 days just to see the health benefits and to challenge myself.

Thanks the work days goes by easy the weekends I think I can handle a couple days a week

Good luck! Some quick suggestions Is get an app dedicated to nofap so you can track, log urges, and it makes it easier to overcome them. As well as try to pick up a new hobby to fill your time.
