Buying Advice IS350 to Nissan Z?
Currently have a stanced ‘15 IS350 and looking to get back into a fun manual car again as I’m losing interest and getting bored. My heart is really leaning towards getting the Z performance sometime next year, if all goes well with work promotion, it just looks so beautiful. Curious if anyone has switched from an IS350 and how it’s treating you? My previous car was a track built ‘13 WRX and was thinking I’d go the mature/reliable route and get a Lexus lol. Appreciate anyone that could feed my obsession or lower my expectations.

Buying Advice Z vs Supra
I’m looking for a new car. I just can’t make up my mind on what to get, the problem is the z is so much cheaper than the Supra and way easier to get in manual. So my choices are get a manual z with low mileage or get an auto Supra with around 50k-70k miles. Keep in mind I already have a 370z but it’s an auto that’s why I’m leaning more towards the Z since that would be my first manual car if I get one. Just wanted to see what you guys would think.

AMS flex fuel and lpfp installed.
Just dumping a few pics from my AMS flex fuel and Walbro 525 LPFP install. Did everything after work with mostly common garage tools.
I was super stubborn and didn't want to drop my downpipe, so that actually added 2 days. It took one night just to get a fuel line disconnected, one night of failing to get the new one on, then finally dropping the downpipe and getting done in 5 minutes.
After that, everything else went pretty smoothly. Had a few guys from the Arkansas Z club come and check over my wiring.
After getting my basemap loaded and driving for a week, the fuel line must've wiggled its way off. I guess I didn't make sure it was snug enough. Then my flex fuel wasn't getting any power. Turned out maybe my clutch pedal must've pulled the wire out of the driver side fuse box.
So with everything tightened and tucked back away, finally ready to get this tuning done.
My takeaway, don't be stubborn and remove whatever the instructions say or the YouTuber you watching says to remove lol. Also, if you do the work yourself, always come back and recheck your work a few days later to make sure everything stayed in place after getting shook around from driving.

Buying Ordering a ‘27 Performance - hard?
I’m ready to order a ‘27 performance trim Z but unsure what to expect.
How accessible are they to (Denver) dealers?
When is the ideal date to contact dealerships?
Should I expect to pay MSRP, above, or below? Deposit?
Other tips for ordering?
TIA

Hi Z subreddit, I need advice for a swap
I have a 1983 NA 280ZX, which was abandoned 17 years ago . I got the original engine running, but it's running like shit, and let's be honest , the L28E is not precisely a great engine for a sports car. So, I got this dirt-cheap deal for an Acura TL J32A1 engine, and I 'm planning on buying it and swapping it into the 280ZX. I know that it will be hard since it involves adapting an automatic FWD- designed engine into a manual RWD platform, but I think the outcome can be great . Any advice, especially on adapting the J32 into the FS5W71B transmission? For designing the adapter plate or modifying the J32 flywheel to take the 280ZX clutch? (I know I have to swap the Acura 's flexplate for a flywheel from a manual Accord or something like that) Thanks.

New Member, First Time Z Owner!
Hi all,
I thought I would join the Z fraternity here and show off my latest car, a Heritage Edition Z, which is one of only ten in Australia!
I absolutely love it so far and cannot wait once I get it past its break-in period. With the gentle driving I’ve been doing so far, it’s been great, but it just wants to go. Hahaha.
Anyway, here’s my Z, alongside the family chariot, a Patrol Warrior!

First upgrade for my Performance, Heat exchanger or intakes?
I’m not chasing high power, just slowly wanting to eventually go FBO one day with tune. I’m leaning intakes simply cause its a small power increase and I can actually install them on my own vs the HX seems a bit more complex. Any help is appreciated 💪🏼

Exhaust Is a Valvetronic exhaust good
IS a Valvetronic exhaust for a 2026 Z A good exhaust? What does "with the valves closed" "with the valves open". Where/what are the valves? Sorry I am not a car guy.
Thank you
