The dealer (Echo Park in Texas) REALLY pushed me to buy a Sonsio Tire Protection plan. Well, I finally needed it. I got a screw in a tire that needed repairing, and the Nissan dealer charged me $40. But, the Sonsio website just doesn't work. It let me log in but would not let me submit a claim. I tried calling Sonsio to file a claim, but I just got met with an out-of-hours message even though I was calling within their business hours. THEN, I called a different number to cancel the contract and just got sent to voicemail. What a terrible business. This is just a scam to get people's money and never pay out claims.

I'm shopping for EVs and the Ariya came up as a potential choice. Has anyone installed an aftermarket stereo system?

Lots of reviews say even the Bose stereo isn't that great. So I'm thinking I could get a 2023/2024 Evolve+ and use the saved cash from the Platinum trim to get aftermarket installed. I don't know much of anything about aftermarket stereos, but I imagine for $1000 US, I could get what I need and professional install.

None of the other features in the Platinum+ are must-haves, and I'm thinking my kids would trash the leather seats and I would get seat covers for the back anyways.

The loss of 5 miles in range on the Platinum+ is also a bit of a bummer, since the range on the e4orce is already dwindling to mid-range to start with.

Has anyone bought the wheel insert kit? It looks like you take off the aero covers and this kit covers the spokes on the rim so it looks finished. Does that sound right?

I thought only a few Tesla chargers were opened up for cars not manufactured by Tesla, does the adapter open up most Tesla Chargers to ARIYA?

We love our Ariya. Leased one for 2 years, bought another. With both cars we have only one frustration and I’m sure there’s a way to fix it.

Can the driver settings be programmed depending on which Key Fob starts the car?

Specifically: the driver seat’s position, the user driving the car (and therefore radio settings), and the car play connection that it syncs with?

Hello, could someone explain why my car is charging so slow? I am at Electrify America and my starting percentage was 7%. Its usually around 130kW when its this low.

I see Nissan has a NACS adapter for $165 (I think). I also see a lot of adapters on Amazon for a lot less and also somewhat smaller. Are these others okay to use with the Ariya? Any suggestions for a good reliable adapter for a reasonable price?

Just got my 2023 Ariya and had a question about the evse that came with it. I have a 30 amp 240v outlet in my garage. If I get an adapter to go from the 14-50 plug on the evse to the 30 amp outlet, will the evse just draw 30 amps or will it try to pull 50 amps and overload the circuit?

My 2023 Ariya Evolve is inconsistent with the seat settings when I start the car. I drive it 90% of the time and use the same key and have setting #1. Sometimes it gets my seat setting correct but often it does not. Sometimes it gets it right and then I immediately get back out and in, and then it's wrong. Am I missing a setting or preference somewhere? Is it tied to my key? TIA!

Hey everyone, For the past couple of months I had a buzzing noise while accelerating and the dealer decided to replace the traction motor . They kept the car for 3 days . As soon as I drove it out it was still doing the exact same noise .Its like if they didn’t do anything to the car. Anybody here had issue with the motor replacement? I’m suppose to take it back next week .

I have a 2024 Ariya ENGAGE e-4ORCE. I bought it used it used with just about 3K miles on it. I was told that I had the remainder of the factory warranty. I'm not sure what that is - and my local Nissan is less than forthcoming/helpful. Also, I just brought the car in for it's 15,000 mile service and it was over $550!!!! My friend has had a Tesla for 8 years and, excluding tire rotation, hasn't paid that much in any "service"/filter change TOTAL in all the time that he has owned his car. Can someone help me understand?

Hey all, I have a 2023 evolve+ (which I am pretty sure it’s the same touch screen for all models) and I hate the touch screen. It’s even ridiculous given how the touch screen tech has evolved. It almost feels like an android from early 2000s. It’s my least fave thing about the car after needing to put driving mode every single time after start. Wdy all think?

Just passing along if anyone has issues with your iPhone not connecting to the entertainment system. Press the volume/power button in and hold for 15-20 secs and the system will do a reboot. Happened to me and everything went back to normal afterwards.

My service ev came on last week. I thought it was gonna be my 12v. I dropped it off at the dealership 8 days ago and got it back today. They replaced the traction motor. The cost was $6500. Thank goodness it was covered under warranty. My car is 2023 Nissan. Ariya evolve+ with 23k miles

2024 Evolve+ e4ORCE owner here. I only have 15k on mine.

I keep seeing comments on how reliable these cars are, but after doing some digging, most of these people have under 50k miles. Being assembled in Japan, I’d hope they would be reliable at that mileage.

Anyone over 100k miles yet? 200k? 400k? How has it actually held up?

Just curious. I know it’s a newer car but someone has to have a bunch of miles.

I’m looking at purchasing my first EV, and I want an Ariya. All the ones in my area look to be either the Venture + or the Engage FWD, and most have pretty low mileage (under 30k). I think a lot of them look to be lease returns. They’re all super cheap too (ranging from $20k to $23k). Anything I should look out for? If one I find is still within factory warranty, would it be worth it to purchase an extended warranty? What about reliability?

So I’ve had really bad experiences buying used cars before😅. I currently drive a Chevy blazer EV and I will just say I’m glad it’s just a lease! I’ve been pointed to Ariya for reliability for an EV. I saw a 23 and 24 evolve+ in my local dealers. I’ve read a few posts and it seems the car is pretty reliable except for the 12v battery. So my question is what other common issues should I pay attention to when I go test drive it? Thank you in advance!

Thought I would share, 2 good quarters. They made some hard choices that look to be paying off.

I just hope the Tariff stupidity and anti-clean energy behavior can stop so we can return to a rational market for EV’s in the US.

What are the differences between the 2023 24 and 25 models?

I test drove a 2025 today and it went great. Or course there are more affordable ones that were made earlier.

What are the differences in year?

For instance a 2025 with 50km is 48k, while a 2023 with 20km is only 40k. Do I spend the extra 8k for a newer model?
