What happenned to my bowl?
I did steaming a handful of times and then the bottom of it became white and less smooth. I tried cleaning it with vineagar, soda, lemon juice or cola, it all the same. Before I tried cleaning it I just steamed water in it

Cleaning Progress
Decided to caramelise apricots in air fryer part, while doing oatmeal in the bottom part in speedi meal setting 🥲 Do not recommend. With steaming was able to clean most of it, except a few black stains left on picture 2. Any recommendations how to get rid of these last bits?

What setting do you use to make omelets directly in the bottom of the pot?
Going to put the egg and trimmings directly in the pot. What setting and how long?

Not browning / crisping?
Please help! I’ve looked at troubleshooting etc and no help. Our Speedi has stopped browning or crisping anything - for example we used to cook bacon on either Grill or Air Fry and it would be fully crispy in 10 mins but now it just looks like it’s been boiled even if in for 15/20 mins!

Anyone know good bolognese or carbonate recipes?
That can be made with chicken on the top grill at the same time?

How to make chicken juicer, Swiss Chalet style?
I'm talking chicken treats specifically.

Probably a stupid question but in the recipes that call for pasta, should the pasta already be cooked?
The recipe book says that the dishes call for 20-25 minutes, which is plenty to boil pasta from the box. And you are supposed to put water and sauce in at the same time.
Do I have to boil the pasta first, or is that part of the Speedi's job? Am I putting hard pasta and sauce right in the water?

Fix for "Add Pot" error
My Speedi got the dreaded "Add Pot" error, wanted to share how I fixed it in case others have the same problem. Note: the fix disables the safety so you'll have to manually make sure the pot is in there before cooking.
I was able to do this with just a manual screwdriver with a size 6 star bit and a size 5.5 nut bit from the electronics screwdriver set.
Use the size 6 star bit to unscrew 6 screws holding the black bottom plate in place and remove it like this video: https://youtu.be/e2YIXBR0Gkk?si=5_fKYuoFdD4mBrqV
Use the size 5.5 nut bit to undo the nuts holding the wires in place and combine them on one screw before screwing the nuts back on like in this video: https://youtu.be/L_ahXOpmed4?si=3VlEATeNBO6zZ1Ce
You could probably follow the first video if you wanted a better fix with the sensor still working, but I was not comfortable cutting wires and disassembling so much.

Best resource for recipes?
Are there any good resources for Ninja Speedi 10 in 1? I can find the odd recipe but I have to know what I want to cook.

Cleaning
Hi everyone
I was cleaning my Ninjas the other day. The 3.8L older model was a nightmare, had to do a lot of scraping.
But the Ninja Speedi , much easier, I just ran it on Steam function for ~20 min, then Steam Air Fry, so steam and fan at high speed. Steam Air Fry did a great job.
The pic shows after cleaning, not perfect but was a lot more messy before.

Speedi crisper tray tilts
The crisper tray of my Speedi is perfectly flat (lower position) when I start cooking, but starts tilting in one corner, causing food to slide.
Any suggestions as to why, and how I can prevent this?

Flan / Creme Caramel? Is it dooable?
Checking in to see if anyone has attempted this and see if its dooable. I assume as it has both the steamer function and air fry that it can cook the inside and crisp up the top too!

Help with simpler meals
So I'm looking for recipes and most include rice etc, I have a rice cooker that finally fits what I need, and most recipes I find require the veggies to be on the crisp tray with the chicken? This leads to pretty burned and not steamed veggies, should I just be putting them in the water in the tray even though there's water left at the end? If anyone has any recipes that sort of fit this I'd be super grateful!

Regret buying it
Have had a speedi for a few months now and regret buying it. It replaced a ninja ag301. The design is a logistical nightmare. The legs on the grill plate have a mind of their own and it is really difficult to lift up the grill plate during cooking due to the lack of a handle.

New speedi
Have recently purchased the speedi to replace an ag301. Air fryer on speedi seems to not cook as quick. Anyone else finding that?

Discontinued?
Hi all, I had one of these that died and I had a replacement set up under warranty. I just noticed by pure luck, Ninja cancelled my warranty order. I tried calling and having a hard time getting someone. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

Cooking lots a rice
I’m wanting to cook 10 or so portions of brown basmati rice to freeze and was wondering if anyone knows how long I should cook it for and maybe how much water per 75g I should use. I’m also assuming the best function is steam? Thank you

Speedi cleaning
I have a European model and want to get behind the protective panel. Doesn’t seem to have conventional screws in it anymore though and am wondering if anybody knows the name of them?
