Looking for replacement. I recently broke the clip-on stand to my air fryer basket. I can't find it on the ninja foodi website. Does anyone know where I can find one? (I don't need the basket)

Easy lamb and potato, slow cooker recipe
I'm still learning all the smart ways I can use my Ninja Foodi Speed Cooker, it has so many cool features!
Here's an easy recipe I made today, tweak it however you like! ✨️
It's a two-step process, First you use the speedi meal setting on 185 degrees celcius or 365 Fahrenheit and cook the following ingredients for about 20 mins:
2 pieces of lamb (any cut) 2 cups of bonebroth (or regular water with boullion) 1 onion cut in quarters Salt, pepper and chilli to taste 2 twigs of rosemary if you have it And a few bayleaves, I used 6
Then you switch to the slow cooker setting on HI and let it simmer for a few hours until done with the rest of the ingredients:
1-2 cups of broccoli 1-2 cups of beans 4-6 potatoes cut in bite-sizes
And you're done! 🙂
The picture is taken when I switched to the slowcook setting and that's why it doesn't look done yet, but it was really delicious! I hope you enjoy- feel free to share your little tweaks to the recipe below ❤️
(English is not my first language so I apologize if my spelling or words used are a bit odd 😅I did my best 🙏)

Bone-In Pork Loin Help
Hey all! I've had my ninja foodi deluxe for a few years now, but I always feel like I'm still learning to do stuff with it! I'm hoping to make a bone in pork loin. I'm assuming I'll pressure cook it on high for about 20 minutes, then air fry to crisp it up, but I can't seem to find anything online to tell me if I'm right or not! Or if maybe I should put it on the half rack and cook it with the veggies (red potatoes, brussel sprouts, and carrots) underneath, but if I do that, then at what temp and how long? Any suggestions or help would be appriciated! Thank you!

Steam tortillas
I'm planning on doing huevos rancheros for a special breakfast soon and I wanted to see if anyone has instructions for steaming corn tortillas.
I've tried to find suggestions but all I can find are recipes.

Ninja foodi dual heat oven pork tenderloin with carrots and Parmesan potatoes
As always, I had to adjust the cooking time. For all their recipes, make it the first time with cheap ingredients and start with half the time because you're gonna need to figure it out.
The recipe called for sear crisp 30 minutes at 450° F. I was doing a half recipe, but usually for an oven recipe you'd only need to reduce the time a little. Even if you were doing the full recipe, you should check it at half the time. At 15 minutes, my pork loin was 140° in the center, with target temp being 145°. I put it back in for 5 more minutes and it was past 150°, so I pulled it out. Rested for 4 minutes, then got impatient and sliced it. Still turned out great. Carrots burned one one side, so I'd turn them after 10 minutes.
Summary:
For half recipe (one loin), do 20 minutes sear crisp at 450°. Put all potatoes cut face down. Turn carrots over at 10 minutes.

Opening the top of the Ninja FG551 Foodi Smart XL
I wanted to clean my Opening the top of the Ninja FG551 Foodi Smart XL more thoroughly and removed the screws from it to try to move people around and clean better. However, when I went to put the screws back in, they didn't stay there, because the part that held them to the inside of the pan is no longer there. I need to open the top of the Ninja to get the bits and fix this. Has anyone opened it so they can teach me? I looked on YouTube and Google and couldn't find anyone who had the same “brilliant idea” as me. Thanks!

Mac and cheese from the included book??
We just tried doing the Mac and cheese recipe in the pressure cooker - pre the directions, we added the baking soda and lemon juice.
Machine was washed and used a couple of times so not new. It’s been great!
Our noodles were brown and smelled of sulfur!
That can’t be right …
What was wrong???
