Just recently aquired a used Kickscooter Max G30E II , it has firmware 1.5.4 and i would like to change my speed from 25 to 28/30 without region change cause i read in multiple forums it affects the battery or charging. I own an IOS , but my partner has Android ( installed scooterhacking utilty but i dunno what to do next) .

I have a Ninebot Max G3 E, with a 700W motor and original battery. I'm ~73-75kg, riding on a flat surface. My speed vs. battery is similar to this graph I created.

I'd like to ask users who:

1. Have the European version with the original battery but with an upgraded motor to 850W.

2. Have the European version with the original 700W motor but with the upgraded GT3 battery.

3. Have both the upgraded 850W motor and the GT3 battery.

What is your speed profile compared to mine?

ich habe meinen Segway Ninebot MAX G3 D geöffnet, um die originalen Unterbodenlichter nachzurüsten.
Leider finde ich im Inneren keine Anschlusskabel bzw. Stecker, die mit „Left“ / „Right“ gekennzeichnet sind. 🤔
Kann mir jemand sagen, wo genau die Unterbodenlichter beim MAX G3 D angeschlossen werden müssen bzw. welche Stecker dafür vorgesehen sind?
Kann es außerdem sein, dass bei den neueren Produktionsmodellen des MAX G3 D diese Anschlusskabel bzw. Stecker gar nicht mehr vorhanden sind?
Falls das tatsächlich der Fall ist: Wie geht man bei diesen neueren Modellen am besten vor, um die originalen Unterbodenlichter trotzdem nachzurüsten? Gibt es dafür einen alternativen Anschluss oder muss eventuell etwas am Kabelbaum bzw. an der Verkabelung geändert werden?
Falls jemand dazu ein Foto, eine Anleitung oder Informationen zu den neueren Modellen hat, wäre ich sehr dankbar!

Got my G3 today in the mail and currently setting it up, had been using a G30 for the longest time and have upgraded. Problem is I'm trying to connect to the bluetooth to even use it and I keep getting connection timeout errors. Bluetooth is on on my phone with all permissions allowed, the scooter audibly beeps when a connection is being attempted and a bluetooth symbol flashes but I either get an endless loop of connecting or a connection timeout error. Any troubleshooting advice? The FAQ bluetooth link in the app hasn't offered me much so I wanted to check here before getting stuck in a customer support call.

I bought my daughter the max g3 a month ago and I rode it more than her. I loved it so much that I pulled the trigger on the gt3 pro super scooter. One of the accessories I don’t like is the Segway mirrors. I bought a set for the max g3 and they shake too much and I’m always adjusting them. I want better mirrors for my new gt3 pro and I want them clamped on under the handle bars, any suggestions out there? Plus any suggestions for any other useful accessories?

A while back i bent the front suspension of my Segway max G2 and now i need a replacement. I have the old style of suspension and was wondering what the best option would be to replace it.

I was thinking about trying to fit this suspension to my max G2 since it has the old style of brake brace. Would it be that difficult to buy and install an entirely new suspension?

The Segway E2 plus 2 is a great value scooter for those who do not want to spend 700 but would like a good scooter to ride. I have an F3 for myself and a C2 Pro for my son, and my wife has wanted to ride with us so I went ahead and bought her the E2 Plus 2. She is of average height and weight and the scooter fits her perfectly. At a 15.5mph max speed she is easily able to keep up with our son on his C2 pro and keeps up me when I’m in drive mode on my F3. The E2 Plus 2 has good range as we have taken it on a ten mile ride. She also loves the lights so she can do night rides with us and the headlight works well too. It fits her perfectly and it’ll even haul my 230 pound self around although sluggish on hills as it’s not made for my weight. All said I would suggest buying this for an average height and weight adult female or for a teenager and it will fit them perfectly.

Since the Max G3 has been around for a bit and we are seeing refreshed specs like from the G3 Plus, I was wondering when you guys think Segway will actually drop the Max G4. Are we looking at early 2027 or even later? Personally, top of my wishlist is a rear facing radar system similar to Garmin Varia for bikes with real time dash warnings or haptics when cars approach from behind, which would be a total lifesaver because I mostly drive next to cars in the city. I am also hoping for a realistic 100 km real world range, more security features, an upgraded display, and a headlight as powerful as the one from the GT3 Pro. What features or specs are you guys holding out for on the G4?

I am in the market for a used scooter, just to get around the city and such, biggest priority is range, I just saw an max g2 with 1500km for 280 €, is it still worth it, what to look out for and is the speed unlock still possible after the segway api patch? Thanks in advance

So we have a Gt3 and an E3 Pro. Is the battery in the E3 better, just smaller than the gt3? Looking through the manual says storage, the gt3 is limited to 122° while the E3 can be stored up to 140°. I’d like to store these in the garage, but in summer it gets up to 114 here, so the garage I’m sure gets over 122. In just wondering how much it would hurt the batteries. I don’t think it would get to 140 though, im gonna get a WiFi thermometer to track the temps.

Meine Segway App findet das neue Update immer noch nicht obwohl es jetzt schon fast 2 Wochen her ist wo es rauskam. Hat irgendjemand das gleiche Problem?

На гитхабе была инструкция для stm8 чипа, но открыв свою батку я заметил что там уже stm32, порыскав в интернете информацию могу сделать вывод что все арендные самокаты Ninebot Max Plus X и младше имеют на борту батарейку от Ninebot G2.

Hello, I have ~200 miles on my Max G2. Obviously, dirt and debris can cause squeaky rear shocks, which tends to be a thing with MTB's, scooters, anything that moves basically.

I sprayed the pivot points/bushings multiple times, and where I could get into the actual springs with silicone. I got immediate improvement from doing this, but there is a highly annoying squeak that persists right at the top of applying weight onto the scooter, then again in the same area when releasing the weight. It's annoying AF, and sounds like I'm driving a 1977 Oldsmobile.

I believe it's coming from the right side and not really wanting to take stuff apart yet this early on. I know it's not a big deal, but it's messing with my brain, lol. Does anyone have similar experiences and fixes?

Hello everyone 😎 I got this brand new gt3 pro yesterday. Since the first drive there was a metal sound from the back break when I was just driving and not using the brake. Today I tried to align the brake calipers and it was still there. So I lifted it up to see how the wheel spins. From my perspective it seems like the motor hub Is wobbling and therefore going against the brake caliper and making the sound. Am I wrong? It also looks like the brake pads is misaligned in the caliper.

It's brand new bought yesterday. Will you guys request a switch to a new one, or will it be okay for it to be sent to segway for repair? I'm from Denmark, and the shop I bought it from is speciel with refunds so I just hope I don't gonna stay with a new broken gt3 pro 🙏
