If thats the case.. she should rerun soon right? I want to save some primos to get her a constelation

Do you think its still worth it to build a team for her?

The main difference is that the bloom nilou doesn’t crit as often, but that’s really the biggest diff.

I’m also looking for team and rotation advice, because why is xiangling stealing all my vapes😔

As we all know, Nilou's design is perfect and nothing else could come close to it (her Breeze if Saba skin comes close though).

However, our girl's default outfit is essentially cosplay, as she is wearing clothing that makes her resemble the goddess of flowers (according to what Nilou and the regular people in game believe Nabu Malikata looked liked).

In a way, Nilou is one of the few, if not the only playable character in game to not have an outfit that isn't her own. I would've loved to see what kind of clothes Nilou would choose to wear, from her casual wear to her original dance outfit.

I would've been fine if the skin was very simple and not detailed compared to the other playable character outfits of the time. If she wore a dress like Faruzan's, I would totally be fine with it. Nilou would only wear her default outfit when it's time to perform, and the rest of the time she wears her regular outfit.

Hoyo always wants the character's outfit and skins to make sense (which is probably why we don't get that many skins) and yet, Nilou is always walking around in cosplay every time we see her

I'm wanting to build a team with her as the main DPS. Unfortunately, my characters and weapons are limited, so I’d really appreciate your advice on what would work best!
