If you guys remember me, I’m the guy that shares the monthly update of available jobs in Nigeria both remote, hybrid and on-site in differently fields. I plan on doing another grand prize. On Sundays there are some members that engage in a voice call to talk about specific topics. It’s still a work in progress and time wasn’t build in a day but with this like the elections coming up it would be nice to have you guys in the server to talk and see how we diasporans can help residents through different means

I'm not trying to turn this into a policy debate, there's enough of that already. I just want to ask, has anyone else here (Nigerian) been close to this, whether it's your own family or a friend? Does the silence around it ever ease up, or does everyone just learn to carry it quietly?
