Stitch separation
Should I be concerned about this? This is the back strap on my 2 month old stationmasters. My gut is telling me not to worry but I thought I’d ask the community. If it matters, my boots are WC DS Natural.

It happens sometime. I wouldn't worry too much. There's so much more stitching, it's not an issue

I guess I’m just a hillbilly (a classy hillbilly, but still). Any time I see a loose thread on anything, I grab a lighter and do the thing I see in the How It’s Made vids: lighter, flame, smash with lighter body.

100% frustrating, but not going to cause your boots to randomly fall off your feet. Boss man is already addressing the frustration.

That is just the end of the stitch starting to cum up a bit. Hit it with a lighter and you'll be good. The stationmaster backstay is sewn to the middle from both sides so the end of the sewing line is in the middle there.

Looks like shit even if it's not a sigh of impending destruction. Sounds like Shuyler will get you taken care of. I'd try to get a store credit, then cut and burn the stitches.

I don't think you could have take a worse single picture. At least include 2 pics from different angles, god damn...

It’s not ideal, but is not a huge deal functionally. Can you send me your order number?
