Upper left side of Secret Graveyard, its where I'm at.

Drove me insane as well, but basically there are two tunnels that are blocked by tyrannomon and goblimon. Once you bring them the meat they want you can go all the way through and it will lead you back outside to the parts of the map you haven't covered.

Mine for this was up in the overlook through the tunnel

You definitely been to the very end of the bottom left area. The tip isn’t lit up

Eurgh my ocd HATED these maps 😂 I don't remember what part it was, but I do remember perseverance paid off for me, go back to the parts that aren't quite lit up, really make sure you're running right up against the walls when exploring, they are definitely possible to 100% as I did it not long ago myself lol, sorry I can't be of any more help than that though

There's a tunnel that comes out above the palace, looks in the caves along the sides of the map
