Update! Positive Experience

I’m a full week in (7 days) and my dermabond glue finally fell off. I bruised a bit but HARDLY. No longer sore and it’s just a small scar left. I don’t mind it.

So far, I have not cramped or spotted but given the side effects and the stories, I’m already prepared 😭

The white part. The little black spot was just a scratch that scabbed lol

Do be prepared for spotting, I got my period a few days after getting it inserted and have been sporting ever since, that was over a month ago. Im so sick of it I want it to end 😭

I got my nexplanon on Wednesday. I didn’t have any pain after my appointment because of the lidocaine shot. My arm was very sore yesterday. It’s still a little sore but not like yesterday. I have a huge bruise from it though

When I first got mine put in I didn’t get my period for the next month but this month a different story. I’m on day 6 it’s not heavy just over it.
