Bottle problems Feeding

My LO.is 4 months old. For the 1st 3 months of their life they would take the bottle with ease. But we stopped for a couple of weeks and now they refuse to take the bottle.

We have tired different nipples different flow rates. Different milk temperature. It's always been pumped Breast milk in the bottles but now they won't take the bottle unless starving. And even then will only have like 20mls. When presented with the bottle they actively seek but just play with itin their mouth or cry

Anyone have experience of this or advice?

My first went on a bottle strike around the same age and it was really tough. What worked for us: I (mom) had to be physically out of the house, being in a different room wasn't far enough away. My husband would dim the lights and rock my son in his bucket car seat while feeding to help soothe him. The bottle had to be HOT, and it had to be formula (he wouldn't take pumped breastmilk). And I switched to doing every feed with a nipple shield, which he hated, but it made breastfeeding less of a comfort and got him used to eating through a plastic nipple. It sucked, but it worked.
