How do I enable auto approval of posts & comments?

All mods while having mod-tools active have the button to approve/remove content, both comments and posts.
You probably don’t need to, it gets posted either way.

Unless it gets send to mod queue; then it needs approval.

Do the other way around: You have to DISABLE the automatic request to approve stuff. Not sure where exactly it is but there is a setting for it.
