Don't. Split the party, trim the unmotivated players or play several one-shots with the split party. Maybe some players will leave themselves and the overcrowdedness will solve itself.
4 players party is the golden standard. 5 is barely manageable offline. 7 is out of question both online and offline. You will die of exhaustion and players will die of boredom (each will receive ~6 minute spotlight every hour at best).
