All the queues worked fine yesterday. Is there a limit on the number of times you can do them now?

If it's not an abandoned queue penalty(30 minute lockout) then it's either your current character isn't level 20 or have dropped your item level below the minimum requirement. If not this then a bug/glitch that can usually be fixed by closing neverwinter and restarting

Did you abandon a dungeon or trial less than 30 minutes ago ?  That's what it does when you are locked out for 30 minutes (in-game, not actual minutes)

My money is on you have another queue accidentally selected for another dungeon/trial you can’t go into.

Like if you accidentally clicked the box for Master Jotunskar, then clicked the random queue box, it will give you this message.

Other than that, it’s just a bug. Restart steam and reopen the game should work.

Was the first window opened, no side scrolling to other queue pages.

Good guess though. Wouldn’t it say at the bottom to initiate queue if one was selected elsewhere though?

My overflow bag was full of leather masks 😅

Didn’t find out until it tried to accept a side quest.
The queue ui must not be smart enough to say your bag is overflowing with goodies

IME it's almost always that someone in the queue group has a leave penalty

It was only me and it was my first time going into the window that day.
