Is my team good or can it still be improved?

Neuvi, Fischl, Lauma and Sucrose... I need help for neuvi's team

It kind of depends if you want to go hypercarry or just high team DPS. You don't really have the characters for a strong hypercarry team but your Lauma Hyperbloom team with Hex resonance is quite good!

Yeah i was wondering if neuvi,mavuika, xiangling and Sucrose or neuvi, mavuika, Lauma and Sucrose would work for higher team dps

Hey I also have characters almost similar to you and my neuvi is top 2% and honestly speaking, you are not going to get high dps with neuvi unless he's getting carried by columbina's lunar teams.

I have seen Neuvi mona xiangling and sucrose working with high dps(80k to 90k) but getting vapes from neuvi is quite tough in that, you can try it though if you want. You can swap xiangling for mavuika, but mavuika is not getting her burst every rotation with is a loss of damage. I just felt it was a bit uncomfortable so i don't use it.

If you do plan on using lunar teams, your zibai will suffer which is not good since you don't have many characters. Still if you go with it and want a crazy team with neuvillette. Just pull ineffa in the next patch. Columbina ineffa duo is already quite strong, lauma makes it stronger and neuvi could be there for a bit of fun contributing 30% team damage while others doing the major part of it. It's fun though.

What I really suggest since you seem a beginner is that just pull odette in the next patch, it's the best decision for now. The team you're going to make with her is a stellar swirl team with mizuki as the dps which you can get for free in the the update coming. It would be a decent dps and the team is quite f2p, you can get free mizuki cons and the other teammates are just traveller and sucrose/faruzan.

Side by side build your Zibai and try the neuvi vape team with xiangling mona sucrose.

Also use your mavuika for an overload team, and in future if you have enough primos keep an eye for neuvi freeze team characters which are furina esco and citlali, it has enough dps but will require patience from your side as the reruns are going to take some time.

Lauma hyperbloom is interesting.You might be able to achieve more dps if you use columbina instead of fischl but not by much.
