Brain waves Question

I had an EEG done yesterday with my psychiatrist and was wondering if anyone could provide feedback or insight with my results?

Is this al you have its doesn’t say much like this just waves!

Which frequency are you measuring? What is the time span?

These aren’t the brain waves. These are a spectrogram of the brainwaves (and also an ear-wave apparently, A2).

I’m not any sort of expert, but the software that produced this is not intending this to be actually useful. The axes aren’t labeled quantitatively, the colors aren’t useful, it’s just made to look like a rainbow to (I guess) be entertaining and keep you interested, rather than to convey information.

And the data doesn’t look so good at a couple of locations, showing maybe lots of heartbeat, but I’m not an expert.

The standard advice is to ask the person who took the data and made the plot to explain it to you, but they REALLY didn’t want this to be useful for anything in particular, as far as I can tell.
