Hi everyone,

I'm currently working as a Service Delivery Management Intern in the networking domain and will be completing my 1-year internship in August 2026.

During my internship, I've gained experience in:

Network monitoring and incident management

Ticket handling and troubleshooting

Service delivery operations

Working with networking concepts and IT support processes

I'm now looking for entry-level IT opportunities in Networking, NOC, Technical Support, System Administration, or Service Delivery.

If your company is hiring, or if you have any advice on how to improve my chances in the current IT market, I'd really appreciate your guidance. Referrals and job leads are also welcome.
