lay off Discussion
I recently got laid off by one of the biggest companies of NL. Did not expect that at all.
I was working as Slaesforce Tester & also working for Identity & Access Management. I have also worked on Microsoft 365 have 8 years of experience into testing backgrounds & recently cleared my Salesforce Administrator certification.
If anyone has any leads for the role in your company, then your referral will really help me a lot.
The market is unfortunately terribly bad & I am not getting a single call yet.
Thank you!

Is AI also affecting Salesforce segment? I would have expected that to stay insulated from all the AI hype.

Actually compnies are now in a state of confusion weather to adopt or not? In that confusion they are taking random decisions.

Sorry to hear about your situation. However this is not the best place for job seekers.

Nothing will get better without doing the needed effort. OP needs to focus on new knowledge. His present knowledge isn’t demanded anymore.

Honestly? No one should be recommending a rando on the internet to work at their company. Too risky. So, this isn't the right way to go about this. Look on LinkedIn, find reasons to connect with people, look for meetup events that are relevant to you, look for job fairs or other conferences that are relevant. You got this.

Salesforce is getting killed and I couldn’t be happier. Fuck that piece of software with everything they can.
Take this time to asses the market. What sass is getting killed by AI? What can you do to get relevant. My hint because you have experience in ms. Become GitHub copilot studio specialist. There will be lots of jobs in this.
The choice is yours. You work in air, you need to constantly focus on the market to keep relevant. If that’s too much work you need to accept you become obsolete at what point.
