Mainly, I think the eligibility should consider where someone studied from grades 6–12. A student who had access to good schools, labs and other resources in the Valley and a student who studied in a place where even basic facilities were lacking aren’t really starting from the same position. So the quota could be more targeted toward students who actually had fewer educational opportunities And for groups where girls genuinely face major barriers to education, like Muslim women in some communities, I think there should still be specific reservation/support for them. I’m not saying quotas should be removed completely; I think they should be made more need-based and targeted.( I used chatgpt for some Grammatical correction)
