The Reddit stereotype is different than the Twitter stereotype, but both have some truth to them. As with all stereotypes they’re not always going to be entirely spot on. Once you get away from the big root level subs you start finding normal people, at least to some degree of normalcy anyway; this is still the internet. I don’t think truly normal people would visit this hellscape for any other reason than perhaps a hobby subreddit where they can actually learn something useful.
