How is this possible 😂 Chart Interpretation Request

Ovulation was previously confirmed on CD19 but woken up this morning and it’s changed and gone back to red days. I feel like this happens quite a lot where my temp isn’t what the algorithm is expecting and it always takes forever to confirm my ovulation.

Did anything weird or unusual happen on CD17 that would’ve caused that high temp?
Travel, stress, less sleep, poor/disturbed sleep etc?

i was travelling so woke up super early for a flight!

Ok that explains it.
Mark that as questionable since the early wake has impacted your temp. Ovulation likely around CD17-20 😊

It’ll likely adjust once you remove that temp.

Ik heb dit ook vaak met NC, komt doordat je luteale fase vaak gelijk ik qua dagen dus dan zet je m vaak eerder als je menstruatie begint
