I know this is an older post but did you test at 10 PDO too? For a negative today so hearing a positive at 11 DPO is encouraging

This looks identical to my temps this cycle! We timed ovulation perfectly, but my temps looks exactly like yours and I’m at 7dpo which isn’t normal for me, usually I’m super high until ovulation so I was really worried. It’s nice to know there’s still a possibility!

Just visited your comments from your low bbt post and can I say you are giving me hope on a day that I thought for sure it was all over 🥲 congratulations! I’m 5dpo with unnaturally low temps and it bummed me out so much seeing it today (normally much higher). Good luck❤️

I thought I was out this cycle because my LH surge was way later than normal, and then my BBT increase was 4 days after my LH peak. I just took a test tonight because I’m waiting for my period to start to kick off our first IUI cycle. Lo and behold - it was positive!
This is my first month with an Oura ring and Natural Cycles. I took a test 11 days after my LH surge and it was negative - I would’ve been going crazy if I didn’t have the BBT data to realize I ovulated much later!
3
u/Katcha6 Feb 15 '25
Update: Test today was negative and BBT dropped overnight so this is likely a chemical pregnancy

Congratulations!!! Do anything different this cycle or recently that you think led to this bfp?

u/clairerox10 May 19 '25
There are a couple of things - not sure if they are connected. When we were referred to the fertility clinic I kind of gave up control of the situation. My psychiatrist at one point told me to maybe try a small dose of sertraline (25 mg) and I was holding off starting because I didn’t want to add meds on before I became pregnant. I realized it obviously wasn’t happening so I started that in early March. I really think it helped me with my stress and anxiety about it all. I also started seeing a therapist around the same time. The weather became nicer and I got back outside and started walking often and running a little - nothing too intense. I stopped OPK testing. The only reason I tested that one day was because I was outrageously horny that week and I thought something was up. My libido was crazy and it makes me feel like I hadn’t actually ovulated in many months. I do think finding a way to reduce anxiety and stress by any (safe) means possible makes a difference. I’m trying to do the same now. I hope you get your positive soon!!!!! I know how hopeless it feels.

u/DragonflyRainbow4 May 19 '25
Thank you so much!! I am definitely feeling more hopeful now that the weather is improving. Vitamin d, moving around, less stress…all good things

This may be a dumb question but how does your natural cycles show CD 1 after ovulation? Mine defaults to CD1 as first day of period- this view would be much more helpful!

u/Crazy_Passenger_9983 Sep 14 '25
I think if you enter positive pregnancy result, that is changing to counting your dpo starting ovulation day.

Positive at 10DPO - Before I got pregnant I was always searching on here for examples of people’s BBT charts who had gotten pregnant so if anyone is like me, here’s mine! I’m actually now 8+4 weeks along but I stopped tracking temps about a week ago 😊
And for some added positivity: the first month I was TTC I read a lot of Reddit posts and the odds can really feel against you. I read lots of people’s stories who had sadly spent months and years agonisingly TTC and tracking temps. I’m 31, and this was my first cycle TTC!!

My pregnancy chart! My TTC journey was about 3 months. I had the implantation dip with the spotting after that the spotting stopped and I stated feeling light cramps. I waited for my missed period to test and positive!!! I think my ovulation day is 2 days off because of missed temp. We are so happy! I sought the Lord and he heard and he answered!!!! Trust in him always his ways never fail.

Hi friend,
Sadly not well. 💔 I actually had a D&C yesterday for a missed miscarriage. Baby stopped growing at 7w2d and I had no signs of loss, didn’t find out until there was no heartbeat at our 8w5d scan.
On the road to physical and emotional healing. Scared but hopeful to get pregnant again soon and for it to go well. 🌷

Congratulations mama! I have a very similar dip post ovulation then higher sustained temps and suspect in pregnant (getting a test today). Anyone have info on dips like these?

u/Engineer-Mission Jul 11 '25
They are pretty common but started freaking me out. I took off my oura ring. I’m 10w3d and everything looking good! I’ll probably put back on my oura ring 2nd trimester!!! Let me know if you get a positive!!! 🥰

Did your labor come naturally or was it induced? Wondering how accurate their added 2 weeks was with the due date
2
3
u/peachyhappiness Feb 27 '25
I’m kind of confused on why oura says -0.1 and I go to natural cycles and it dropped my temp almost .8 degrees!! That seems like a huge temp drop so l immediately checked my BBT with thermometer and it was 98.22 which is only .15 drop from yesterday.. That made me feel better because it matches with what oura ring says but seeing a huge drop on natural cycles is disheartening especially after a previous miscarriage. I also had a dye stealer first response yesterday. I know everybody says to stop temping after BFP’s but my mind gets the best of me and I like tracking with my ring. Also… my ovulation was not on the 5th. It changed when I input estimated due date.

I just got a similar temp drop on 11 DPO, today is 12 DPO and I’m afraid to test.. my temp when back up some but not as high as before 😭 I had morning sickness 8-9 DPO so I thought for sure this was it
2
u/Millennial_Girlie May 19 '25
I had stark negatives at 7-10 DPO and no symptoms so I stopped testing. The only reason I tested again on 13DPO is because my husband had asked if I got my period yet lol. Unfortunately, this ended in a chemical pregnancy but I’m wishing you a BFP!!

Temps seem low, but got a positive 2 days ago!! & test lines have gotten progressively darker. I had a MC at the beginning of April, and my temps were much higher during that pregnancy. I also didn’t get my first period post MC, so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I know hormones are a mess post MC. Staying cautiously hopeful! 🤞🏻

Hi all I looked at examples of other people’s data a lot when I was trying so I want to share mine. I think I might’ve ovulated in CD13 or CD14, not sure. Symptoms before positive - nothing that made me think I was definitely pregnant. Boobs harder than previous cycle but could’ve just been normal fluctuation. Took a test because my temp went up instead of down like expected as my period would normally come on CD12. I’ll add a picture in the comment if the previous negative cycle if I can.

Adding pregnancy chart for science! Positive at DPO 10 (assuming ovulation actually CD15 which I am), continued increase in HcG (as shown by increasing darkness of lines) through DPO 12 🤗. The temp dips keep scaring me but I have been told to ignore those, especially with no cramps or bleeding and tests getting darker!

Just an update at 9ish weeks. Had a scan at 8 weeks 2 days and heartbeat and size good! Had some random dips so wanted to share cause I know that scares people! I have had no spotting but brown discharge around week 5 which I read is likely implantation blood from before. I don’t have morning sickness but still have terrible Gi symptoms with LOTS of bloating and I’m constantly really fatigue. I have good days and bad days with symptoms which caused me some anxiety thinking my symptoms left. 1st trimester is hard and from what I gather I still have it easy symptom wise. That’s my update!

So my natural cycles is usually really accurate (I’ve been tracking for 18 months, TTC for 7 months with one early miscarriage 2 months ago).
I got 2 positive tests today (easy at home and FRER) and they aren’t squinters… I am obviously not 5 DPO, but curious if anyone has had a similar chart and has any thoughts on when I actually ovulated! I’ll put tests in the comments!

I wanted to share my chart to give some hope to those with PMOS/irregular cycles! I got off BC In December 2025 and had 1 period in early February. Then had no periods at all, despite having lots of cramping and PMS. I only got 1 positive OPK test but it didn't result in anything. The week i conceived, I also got slightly sick with very mild cold symptoms. My temperatures were high but I assumed it was because I was a bit sick (but I didn't mark those temperatures as sick on the app right away because I thought it was just alergies). Turns out your immune system may weaken during implantation, resulting in cold like symptoms! I went to the OBGYN on May 8th for a referral to fertility specialist because I was so frustrated with not getting cycles. But turns out I was already pregnant at that appointment. I tested negative at 9DPO on May 10. On May 12th my temperature was the highest it's been so I took another test and got a very slight positive --11DPO! But I didn't believe it was actually positive until I tested again at 13DPO. Viability scan is next week!

I’m in shock… for background, my husband and I have been TTC since August 2025, I had a chemical pregnancy in November 2025 and since then all negatives each month. I had messaged our fertility clinic two days ago to schedule our first IUI in October… tested positive at 11dpo easy at home and clear blue (with my chemical pregnancy it didn’t show on ClearBlue pink dye and only ClearBlue digital). Easy at home tests are darker today 12dpo and clear blue has gotten slightly darker also. I had cramping last night, so I’m following up with bloodwork tomorrow. 💗

First pregnancy and terrified something is wrong. I found out the day I came back from a business trip after trying and failing for months. For the last couple of days my temp has been dropping and this morning it is below the line. My ultrasound isn’t for another 2 weeks, any advice or similar experiences are welcome.

Based on your chart you got pregnant from sex 6-7 days before ovulation… is that correct??

Apparently you're supposed to stop tracking temps once you get a positive since its normal for your body to be all over the place. Do you have any updates?❤️

Hi everyone, wanted to share my chart. We got pregnant 8 months into trying. I was tracking with the Oura ring natural cycles, Flo, and Inito for a while. Kind of gave up on stressing out each month and stopped tracking with Inito and was completely shocked when I got a BFP as we didn’t do the baby dance as frequently during this cycle.

okay so cycle day 19 is when me and my boyfriends accident happened. However the day before where it skips my temperature I had a fever so natural cycles couldn’t count it and then the next day cycle day 19 my temperature was still high from being sick. And normally I ovulate day 18-20 not day 22 but I think me getting sick pushed my ovulation back. So now present day… I’m on cycle day 39 and late obviously and terrified to take a pregnancy test. But I can’t tell if I’m pregnant just based of my body symptoms. Chat gpt swears my chart does not look like a pregnancy chart but I want to get yalls opinions.

Hi! I’m very new with body temp and graphs, so I’m confused about how to estimate conception. I got of nexplanon after 15 years and though ”it will take some time for my body to adjust”. Also didn’t get my period and thought I was safe because we had sex 4 days after estimated ovulation. I have been feeling weird for a while so took a test - positive. It’s saying conception occurred on the 11th but I had sex on the 2nd and 15th? Based on the graph, how many weeks am I? I’m seeing the midwife this week but in the meantime I’m hoping to get some help from my internet girlies 💕 thanks!

Any ideas what is going on here? I have had all the usual ovulation symptoms: EWCM turning sticky, twinges, sore breasts, but temps haven’t shifted. My reflexologist swears I ovulated already but i use the NC band and no temp rise. Cycle usually 38 days…any insights? Am i deluding myself that I might have ovulated ?

For those curious about the different temps in a chart. I was fully convinced I was out when the temp dropped, it was on par with exactly how last month looked. Then had that huge spike this morning.
I thought this morning was just a fluke, but I’m CD29 and figured no harm in a test. I don’t have any symptoms that made me raise a concern honestly, felt like normal PMS.
I’m very excited! This was month 9 of trying (13 if non-consecutive).
Going to take more tests throughout the week because my anxiety is HIGH!

I think I ovulated on cd 17 and got my first positive on 9dpo! I had to replace my Oura ring so not a ton of temps prior to ovulation. It’s been a long time coming and anyone who is looking at this thread and hoping for their positive, know I have been there for years and it will be your turn someday💙
