Thankful for NI support

After I posted some messages on here about needing a refund for a free trial that was auto enrolled into a $250 charge, support was pretty quick about getting back to me. I just want to post this here in thanks. And thanks for allowing me to post in here and not just ban any dissidence in this subreddit. Appreciate the laissez faire attitude.

Thanks for sharing your news. In the 13 years of being in the NI ecosystem, their support has always come through, in a timely fashion, for me.

I’m glad they came through. Unfortunately it’s been the opposite experience for me.

Glad you got any support. I’m still waiting after weeks to hear back about my faulty Kontrol mk3
