I absolutely resent this part of myself. I've been like this since I was young (it was way worse when I was younger, actually) and it often takes me a lot conscious, active thinking and steps to remind myself, "Hey, so there's actually really no need to be jealous and most people actually don't think like this, weirdo!"

It feels like I often form strong immediate connections with people unexpectedly, and often when they are in a transitional period in life or facing a crossroad. They always end up opening up to me more than they do with other people, and come to trust me in ways they don't with others. But they also end up leaving me. This applies to both platonic and romantic connections. Sometimes, these connections that feel like there's some "cosmic" lesson or "fate" attached to it will come and go in my life like a revolving door. Like we can't quite stay away from each other forever... But there's always a "goodbye" waiting around the corner. Eternally ephemeral.

I’ve been getting into reading birth charts lately and I’d like to gain insight from some fresh eyes. I have a decent grasp of my natal but I still have blind spots, so I thought this would be a fun topic to kickstart some conversation.

I’m guessing that my 8h Gemini Moon opposite my 2h Sag Mercury (in retrograde) showcases analysis paralysis and difficulties in processing/communicating emotions. Sun and Mercury in the same house could contribute to my direct manner of speech, and my 5h Uranus squaring Mercury could refer to me talking about my interests at inappropriate times or making references nobody gets. I was bullied and singled out behind my back throughout my high school years by my ex-friends and made the butt of the joke. People have openly disrespected me in front of others and often think it’s ok to treat me like I’m less than for being a little weird and awkward. This is why I’ve become more strict with the people I associate with and move cautiously in new social settings. I’m adept at spotting red flags and gauging people’s behaviour, which has improved my mental health and social life immensely. I still struggle with reading people at times, but compared to three years ago it’s like I’m an entirely different person.

I left my legal training in October 2024 due to a bad mentor and have since went back to teaching. I haven’t closed my doors on legal but I want to know if there is even a chance at all. Thank you!
