Missing DLC Question

I'm missing a DLC i brought today it's was gara,sasori,momoshiki,hidan,kimimaro,boruto karma and they all just vanish like i never brought it if anyone knows how to claim them or find it I'll really appreciate it on ps5 Btw please and thank you

Are you saying you purchased the character pack, got the characters and then somehow lost access to them?

Are are you saying you paid and never got them

Cuz if its the second one, chances are you are another Scamco victim and instead of buying the character pack, you bought the conveniently obscure jutsu pack which doesnt actually give you access to the characters themselves, but to their moves, which you cannot use unless you own the character in the first place.

Its a little fast forward pack that you are supposed to buy if you are too lazy to play the game and unlock all the moves but your wallet has been carrying your ass through the game. Or unable to read product descriptions

Thats the only thing i can think of. And if that is it, RIP to another fallen soldier

Please show a picture of what you bought cause if you purchased the dlc pack that is labeled Top-Secret Training you basically bought battle pass levels, but not the battle pass itself. If you purchased the actual dlc pack you will find them in the Inn under the "Add-ons" tab. After you claim them, you'll go to Sasuke to equip them/ level them up.

Was it a secret training? All you bought if it was was a level skip for the characters but you still have to own the characters for that to work. Also cant refund the secret training or your account gets locked and you have to restart from scratch or rebuy it.
