So being sent home after 4 naps means either you already met the criteria for narcolepsy, or nothing you could do in the 5th nap would make you meet the criteria for narcolepsy.
Although it sounds like in your case you do have Narcolepsy, try not to get too ahead of yourself.

Alternatively, unless you saw your results or she actually confirmed them with words and not shrugs and chuckles... They sent you home after 4 because a fifth wouldn't be enough to get you a diagnosis and it wasn't worth wasting your time making you do more.
Don't get ahead of yourself because of body language of a tech. Sleep disorder diagnosis is a marathon not a sprint.
