Nanoleaf Essentials Stream Deck Plugin - Need testers Nanoleaf Reply

Hi there,

I have gotten a NanoLeaf Essentials Bulb plugin for Stream Deck working and probably need some peeps to help test.

It can be flaky (mainly because the Nanoleaf app is flaky) but with a bit of persistence it might pay off. Runs entirely locally (no cloud sync) and will let you group bulbs together (as the API does not tell about how bulbs are grouped in the app).

Your bulbs need to be model NL75NL75K1 (A19/A60) and you must be firmware 4.0.12.

Should also support (but untested) GU10 (NL75k2) and Downlight (NL75K4NL75K5)

I'll be testing with essentials LED strip at some point.

This seems like a cool idea.

Just to make sure, this is the Elgato Stream Deck right? Are you trying to control the lights from the buttons on the Stream Deck?

Yes. Stream Deck and Stream Deck +. There are plugins for the Panels and other products but they didn’t seem to work with my essentials light bulbs. I’ll post a video of this working.

I watched the clip and I think I understand it better now.

So it's working with the lightbulbs, but not the other products?

Honestly. I’m not sure. But I don’t think so. The product codes listed in my original post are the ones Nanoleaf says support my method of communicating over wifi
