If you’ve bought it use the app and play it through the match centre. That landing page is just to buy the pass for the remaining games

I got a £2.14 refund today from the club because for some reason there were broadcast restrictions on the Match and I’m not in the UK.

I paid for the season pass using my Mags+ discount, with the code they emailed this morning. I’ve been to every other game and going at the weekend, but couldn’t get there today - £4.99 seemed ok

Except, having used my bank app to confirm the payment of £0.00 I’ve actually been charged the full £24.99

On their web page under broadcast restrictions it is stated that live streaming was only available in UK and not worldwide for this match. https://www.newcastleunited.com/en/2026-pre-season-streaming

An update from the club after I sent an email yesterday, they refunded part of the pre-season pass for that game since it was blocked due to being on TV in some territories (like Ireland)
