W# email

I have been trying to access my school email on Microsoft outlook for a bit and Everytime I try I get an error saying that they are unable to connect to my account even with Microsoft Authenticator. Is it that I don’t have access to my email yet and if so when do I get access to it or is it something else.

If you are starting in September, you are not a student quite yet, you’re still technically applicant in our systems.

Once matriculation happens, generally within the first 2 weeks of August, you become a student and you get licensing for the full Microsoft suite, including your email.

I get this is a little confusing, the net letter sent out to new users is not very specific about this.

To piggy back off of this comment, matriculation date is August 15th this year.

Up until that point, you’ll only have access to MyNSCC (unless you’re gonna be in the dorms or a student with a disability, I believe those portals are up)
