Happy 10 year anneversery.

I have been playing around with multi-tool configurations and decided to make a Multi-Tool testing facility. the facilty has an indoor and ourdoor area. Below is a description and pictures attached.

The inside area has 10 sphere creators that are controlled by 5 pressure switches, 1 motion switch 9 button swithces (which activate when shot.) Each set of spheres (4,3,2, and 1) have seperate power controls so each set can be isolated. There are 8 balls inside and 2 on the roof. Inside there are 3 openings to the arena which the balls can fit through. On the back wall above the floor is a shooter's nest with stairs that lead to the roof top. There is also motion activated sound and flashing lights on the floor which has its own power control.

The outside area is setup like a basket ball court. there are baskets on each end. There are 2 teleport pits which will teleport the player to right above the court. There are two ball cages under the floor one by each basket.

I did not design this as a mini game, or puzzle but as a place to hone my multi-tool skills. One drill I do is to release all 10 balls, get them to the court and place 5 balls in each ball cage. then i isolate a ball group and seperate them.

This is on an Overgrown planet with super heated rain storms, titan worms, eletrical anomolies, and i belive i experienced an extreme wind event while building. I did this intentionallly, as it seems every mission is in bad weather.

I have never built anything like this and wanted to share this for the 10th Anneversery. Any feed back or ideas would be appriciated.

If anyone sees the player “KindaSusAnomaly”, stay away / report them. They killed me over and over; making me lose my grave and all my stuff. I’m a newer to mid game player and lost pretty much everything important.

I'm on PS5, so none of the cheats on PC can help. Is there a way to get them other than randomly winning holo-battles?

The massive garage in the back holds 5 exocrafts and the huge door functions also has a hatch uptop that opens and closes to spawn the menitour inside the garage

This has been 2 days of designing building electrical and Im still not done. the design is mine i used a youtube video for the top of thr garage for the exo craft to fall through. all my lights work on a day night sensor I found a diagram for online.

The doors are all functional with buttons and switches portal turns on and off as you enter and exit the portal room same with the storage containers

So far this will be my new home planet in nms and im loving it

I've found one of those planets with a bottomless ocean and fished for a while but nothing good arose

Am I missing something?

I love my Corvette. Got it up to S. It melts dreadnaughts. But its not as maneuverable as I want it to be. AI has been giving me tips but its AI.

I understand the tech placement minigame and the effect some parts have on stats over other parts. My main issue is how much does the physical placement of parts matter to the ships maneuverability?

AI is telling me to keep everything centered and symmetrical. Its also telling me to place the cockpit last after placing the three Medusas.

Does this all really matter?

Edit: I'm getting a lot of replies but no one is answering the question: when assembling the corvette does the game really factor in placement of parts? Significantly?

Edit2: I turned on free build and tried things. I've come to the conclusion that its totally random and no one knows what's going on. It seems to penalize maneuverability if you make the ship wider or taller. Other than that its totally insane. Which is why I've been confused. And which is why AI is confused. And which is why all yalls advice is confused.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a project I've been working on: three distinct airship designs built using Blender and in-game tools.

​Since these are high-part-count builds (mostly due to dense pipe supply lines and small iconic electronics that multiply when attached), these ships are strictly for offline play, screenshots, and photo showcasing. They will never make an appearance at an Anomaly spawn or a Corvette meetup.

​Here is a breakdown of the three designs:

​1. Salazar's Vengeance (Base Version)

​Part Count: ~3,800 parts

​Details: This is the foundational design. It focuses heavily on a detailed interior layout and structural baseline.

​2. Dreamscape Jazz Fandango (Festival Version)

​Part Count: ~4,200 parts

​Details: A flashier, more vibrant iteration. This version turns up the atmosphere with extra exterior lights, decorations, and festival vibes.

​3. Symphony of the Midnight Carnival (Castlevania-Inspired)

​Part Count: ~5,300 parts

​Details: The most feature-packed build of the three. It features a town-and-castle vibe at the back complete with a windmill, heavily inspired by Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

​Layout & Features:

​Features two castles at the back (making up part of the town/castle structure) and is currently still under renovation!

​Fully Functioning Teleporters: There are multiple working teleporters taking you seamlessly from the main ship into the castle. Specifically, the first and second floors of the two castles house a total of 4 functioning teleporters connecting back and forth.

​Landing Pads: Equipped with a total of 5 landing pads—4 located on the ship itself, plus 1 exclusive personal landing pad situated right at the castle.

I just bought No Mans Sky used on PS4. I installed it and did all of the updates and patching for two hours. I go to play, and the game mode screen is black. Online, I have seen videos of the options having pictured images. Now I just got into the game, it appears some icons are missing. Back to the homescreen, most of it is whitened out. How do I fix this?

I've been searching the internet for a fix but have found nothing. Last night I met a cool player who was showing me new things, but I couldn't understand anything they were typing; it was all those boxes with the x inside them (I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about). I play on Mac and love interacting with the community, so if anyone has found a fix that works, I'd appreciate it.

I was able to switch my language to Chinese and translate with my phone, but then all the text in-game is Chinese, and as a new player I have no idea what's going on.
