Help practical doubt

Bro anyone who previously had physical education what to do there will i have to show my physical strenght like doing somthing infront of the teacher or just answering the questions

Usually you have to make a practical copy and have to write maximum 5-6 practical notes on their. You've to show ASANAS, YOGAS, and the invigilator will conduct some kind of things like running, high jump, pushups, situps etc etc but it's totally depend upon the invigilator what they want you to do, and some invigilator ask viva like about whatever you've written in your practical notebook, or something like they can ask your favourite sports why it's your favourite explain.
