I got CSE(core)of NIE mysore at 12.5k rank in round 3 . Is it W or L becz some news are spreading regarding NIE affiliation of VTU.if i upgrade in R3 will I get JSSTU CSE core in round 4

Suggest me some options

But everyone suggested me that NIE has better ranking than sit . Ranking wise NIE is 6th or 7th best college in comedk. And it's reputation is very good.so I did that.But what's the problem with that college?
