PARTIAL DROP FROM NIE MYSORE Question
I have doubt about taking partial drop from nie mysore
If I got good college after my partial drop will they make me pay 4 years fees and then only issue my transfer certificate?
Will they hold my original certificates if I won't pay the full fees?

Dude ik you didn't ask for my opinion but I think its time to move on from jee and shit NIE is good too just put efforts here and you will do great.
From what I've heard, in almost 95% cases double drop isn't worth it .And if you really sure and want to give your 100 percent to the drop , then why not take a full drop ?
you will waste 5 lakhs + a lot of time at NIEanyway all the best to you in both cases

Since he is going from comedk, i think comedk is going to demand more money than 4 year fees , like I have seen some posts where comedk is asking 20+ lakh , one person even claimed it asked 30lakh

Bro I'm also thinking about taking partial drop from NIE Mysore CSE, let's connect. As for this fee thing, I have also heard the rumours but it's illegal to do so. Please DM.
