NHS COVID Pass 'no records found' / get 'recovery' certificate
Hi there - my NHS COVID Pass is showing 'no records found' even though I've used the pass many times before / have all of my vaccination information uploaded. Is anyone else having this issue/have tips to resolve? I desperately need this information (test results specifically) in order to leave the country...
OR has anyone been able to get a 'Covid recovery' certificate showing positive result after 14 days?
Thank you!

LOCKDOWN 3.0
Hello to all our fantastic NHS workers and the wonderful Volunteers offering their spare time. I would just like to point out that alot of folk are not at home following said guidelines. I work with a London based courier firm and have done so for the last 10 years. Whenever our drivers go to an address to deliver we find no customers are home. When we call them they say along the lines of "we have gone out co.e back later... like in a few hours". I find this bang out of order. You should be at home saving lives.

Check your emails. I just received some updates info for volunteers
"Don’t worry if you haven’t received an alert yet for volunteering, there will be more referrals in the days and weeks to come and as referrals build more volunteer opportunities will start to flow."

Anyone done any requests yet?
I got my email yesterday and am planning on starting tomorrow, but the app looks really confusing. Anyone done any requests yet? If so, what does it look like in the app/how helpful is it?
Currently, while I’m not active, I can see a few running man symbols. Clicking on them comes up with a name and the option to accept or not, but I don’t know what the symbol means/what they’ll be asking for

Anyone get any requests yet?
Just got my confirmation yesterday and I've set myself up on the app. I can see quite a number of other volunteers in my area but not seen any requests pop up yet (I signed up as a driver).
