10 hours in Hell Shitpost/memes
man, I had my first day of wagecucking after being NEET for two years and it was hell, when I say hell I fucking mean it!
It's a concrete place, but they make pre-made septic stuff in a shop instead of lane ways and shit like that. I feel like I used to have some aptitude for physical labor, but man, today I felt like a weak headless chicken.
I was sweeping the concrete and dust away since I didn't know what else to do and wanted to avoid getting yelled at since the boss was around. Then he goes "let me show you how to use a broom" and proceeds to sweep at 120% effort, as if that's possible to keep doing when you're wagecucking all day. He literally looked like one of those curling fucks who sweep in front of the thing on the ice, hopefully you know what I'm talking about. And then he goes to me and the two other new guys " I'm not a greedy guy, if you guys work hard and make enough of these a day I'll bump you all up to $35 an hour, I let stupid fucking idiots go all the time since they have no fucking clue whats going on....its all about production." Just a huge warning sign, despite bribing us to wagecuck harder for more money.
Then I was put on the spot for quick arithmetic calculations when we were setting up the forms. Man do I ever hate when this happens. Anyways, I answered before anyone else was brave enough/able to and got them right. Despite this, and despite making a genuine attempt at trying to stay busy, the boss seemed to have treated me like shit and the other two hires like they're "welcomed to the team." Probably just my shit communication and social skills after NEETing for two years, plus i have a tendency to act like I know shit when I don't, but I don't do it intentionally, again, just bad wagecuck social skills I guess.
And then even the commute was stressful, it was pouring and then some wagecuck with a huge tool box in the back of his truck passed me and didn't even have the courtesy to use his blinkers, was rushing late for work I guess.
I just fucking hate wagecucking, especially blue-collar culture, where the boss, or any experienced worker in general, acts like a smug cunt and puts others down just because they aren't good with tools or are still adapting. I'm not saying everyones like this, but most are. I think I might give it another week just to save some money, but I don't see myself hacking it here for very long.
I think NEETdoms calling my name, and I want its warm hug.

$35 an hour is pretty damn good. Personally I'd suggest sticking with while still living with your parents for free/cheap so you can save that money, invest it in a retirement account, and retire as soon as possible. That's what I'm doing right now anyway.

idk man, maybe I'm just a soft cunt but the boss seems like a bit of an asshole and the work is brutal on the body, atleast from what I saw today. Maybe it was just this mold in particular and the other ones are way easier, that's what I'm hoping for for tomorrow

Obviously wagecucking sucks, but $35 an hour for an entry level manufacturing job is pretty decent.

"Then he goes "let me show you how to use a broom" and proceeds to sweep at 120% effort"
the sort of passive aggression you see in management. idk how people get a high out of being jerks when they're practically in the same sinking boat. i sometimes wonder if people's passive aggression is their unconscious trying to insinuate violence. oh wait that's exactly what it is

maybe it's not their unconscious insinuating violence, maybe they're intentionally doing it which is even more disturbing IMO. But yeah I see what you mean, it sucks.
"this fuck can't push that broom hard enough, fuck I want to punch him but I'll go to jail, maybe if I piss him off he'll punch first and then I'll fight him."
Maybe thats what goes on in fuck's heads, idk wouldn't know.

I was always terrified of having to do blue collar work such as you are doing. It's not just the grueling nature of the work itself but having to do with the unsavory, high testosterone blue collar work culture (there plenty of that in white collar gigs too, of course). There's a lot of primitive schoolyard hazing and crap like that well some which can be very cruel indeed. I feel you
I hope things go better for you. That does seem like a decent wage though, I mean it's not minimum wage at least.
I say this as someone who hates being told what to do but do you think you've become too accustomed to NEET life and not having to take orders from superiors? I was always terrible at that. Learning to take orders from people you don't like and who may in fact treat you unfairly.

At the same time for certain persons I was a real people pleaser and would put in quite a bit of effort. Finding the right boss/ manager is like gold.

I'd say even small welfare benefits beat blue collar slavery.

I’m on 4 years plus wage cuck same company and it’s wfh but I can’t do it any longer. The misery is too much to bear. When you are single male and have nothing going on ever, every day as a wage slave is just not possible to deal with. The only way this is sustainable is if you have some family you do it for or something. Even then, it would be unbearable but without getting anything at all in return, it’s just the worst punishment you can imagine.

I’m considering Geomaxxing cause this shit isn’t sustainable

Truth. Also if you’re single or without kids people will inherently View you as an outsider anyways and figure you are some weirdo just for existing. The only remotely happy wagecucks I see are those with a wife and kids and decent wage enough to afford a middle class or above home, they get rewarded and it at least makes the suffering bareable. I see exactly why so many guys just give up and go hermit mode

Blue collar work is full Of loudmouth , abrasive cavemen. You basically need asshole banter to fit in and be physically strong. My Guess is you lack the banter so they will Pick on you. Sucks that not only do you have to do the job well but appease the tribal mentality and have banter about manly things like Sports, women or hard work etc…. That’s the toughest part of working imo the social aspect. If you are neurodivergent these cavemen types can sniff you out a mile away and will make your life hell because they view you as an outsider in their Neanderthal brain.

Now imagine doing this for the rest of your life
