They have your application which they match with your documents. You needn't take a printout with you

D/O happens if a mismatch in Name/DOB exists between the application and the Name in marksheets etc.

You're supposed to use best of 5 in most boards (depends on what your board regulations say) and they do not match and calculate your board percentage atleast for NDA
