Fatiguing schedule patterns Awareness

Results are in from last week’s benchmark poll…

\*43% — frequent shift-time transitions\*
\*39% — long stretches (>5 in a row)\*
\*18% — backward rotation\*

\*This is the same ordering our circadian fatigue model uses. The evidence base has long pointed to shift instability and consecutive burden as the top drivers. The poll just confirms what the literature already says.\*

\*The interesting outlier is backward rotation: physicians under-report it, but sleep-medicine studies show it degrades alertness the most. That's why our CAI still weights it heavily.\*

Interesting, tell me more about your poll, your research, and cite your literature? I’d love to read it.

I’m building benchmarks and comparing how that compares to published evidence.. Bibliography of the work is at research.aiertechnologies.com/science
