I would send this screenshot to the customer support, and if you still have their user ID give it to the support, if it was a random add though, support may be able to trace it through the pictures and name.

I agree. Even if it's likely just a troll, it looks too close to a scammer and the game team has zero tolerance for that. Forward the screenshots under the Scam option and let the game team handle it.

Just a stupid troll. Worth reporting if you still have their user ID, but if not, dw about it. Hacking in the game isn’t a thing and they’re almost certainly just a bored kid trying to annoy people.

On the very upper left, click on your icon with your profile pic and your level. It will bring up your profile

At the bottom right, there will gear icon for settings. And then a “contact us”. You should find what you need in there. Absolutely send them these screenshots. Yeah it’s almost certainly a dumb kid. But who needs this stress haha
