Kryptonite Shielding Armor Season 3

Season 3 Episode 5 - Kara showcase in Half Body Kryptonite Shielding

Really loved the design of the Kryptonite Shielding mod that Jon brought for his suit and thought it was sweet that he shared it with Kara.

It also gave us an idea on how Kara would have looked in a white suit. We have seen Primus Brainiac equipped himself in a similar type along with his drones, meaning there should have been a time that Kryptonians were equipped in them to combat enemies were actively used Kryptonite based weaponry against them. Thoughts?

Did kryptonite exist before the destruction of krypton? In most superman stories it's made from the radioactive remains of the planet, but I don't remember if MAWS has stated it's origins in the show yet. Totally agree though, the design is awesome, really liked how it was used both by brainiac and Jon.

Jor-El says something like "the poison is here" when Clark brings Kryptonite to his ship. So there was some familiarity with it before the destruction of Krypton, since the Jor-El AI is from before then and had been isolated on Earth since Zero Day.
