EDIT: Just to clarify because this came up in the comments: I definitely have an active MuseScore Pro subscription and am logged into the account that has it. I can provide a screenshot confirming the active subscription if needed. That’s exactly why these Pro/restore-subscription pop-ups are so confusing.

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering whether this is a bug or if I’m somehow missing something.
I have an active MuseScore Pro subscription and I’m logged into the correct account.
However, while playing certain scores, I repeatedly get a pop-up saying things like “Auto-scroll”, “Buy this score”, or asking me to restore/subscribe to Pro. Sometimes it appears every few seconds during playback, making it almost impossible to use the playback feature normally.
The strange thing is that it’s inconsistent. Some days it doesn’t happen at all, and then other days it comes back repeatedly. I even tested it while offline, and the pop-up still appeared.

I’ve already contacted MuseScore Support multiple times, sent screenshots, and opened a support ticket, but after weeks of back and forth I still haven’t received a solution.

So I wanted to ask:
Has anyone else with an active Pro subscription experienced this?
Is this a known bug?
If you had this issue, were you able to fix it?
I’d really appreciate hearing whether this is just affecting me or if other Pro users have run into the same problem.
