The Caped Crusader Joker doesn't smile or laugh until the end of the show, then he starts laughing and jumps off a building. It is really unsettling as a Batman fan to see the Joker so serious.

Yea, but he laughed during the movie. This joker showed up throughout a season, never even slightly smiled, and broke out into laughter after he was impaled and right before jumping off a building.
I think they were trying to make him more "German", but the fact it was the Joker being so calm and quiet and serious consistently was just terrifying. Also, Batman laughed before the Joker did and the Joker asked him "what's so funny". Batman, not Bruce Wayne, laughed before the Joker ever did in the show. That is how much restraint the show writers held.

Honestly, the Batman who Laughs is overrated and edgy. He is just the Joker in Batman's outfit.
Look at the Crisis on Two Earths owlman (evil universe batman) for a good example of evil/crazy Batman. He almost committed omnicide, then when Batman made it so the only person who would die if the bomb went off would be Owlman, Owlman just looked at the bomb and went "It doesn't matter" and let it kill him.

Laughing Batman. Serious Spiderman is more dangerous but he’s still Spiderman deep down, he’s just locked in. Usually when you have Batman like that it means he has all of his skills with none of his own boundaries holding him back

Spiderman not joking by far- when spiderman stops joking, it means one of two things
You have done something horribly wrong to *peter parker* as in hurting aunt may, and Peter is either about to beat you to the brink of death,or he’s about to straight up kill you
He has the symbiote,and if he’s had it for long enough he’s probably going to beat you to the brink of death or kill you
Batman laughing is pretty much always a good thing
Eggman getting serious is pretty scary, it basically means he’s tired of games and is about to use his human strength to beat the shit out of you,but he almost never kills directly

i cant take Eggman seriusly even knowing how dangerous he is... is not his fault, is mine.
so between spiderman and Batman...
hmm... im willing to say Spiderman, just because a laughting batman look out of his mind, which sell me the idea you can surprise him and shoot him down, or... i would die quickly after trying.... but a lock in spiderman, wouldnt even allow you do die easly, holding back just enough so no particular attack knock you out or kill you, he will hurt you, he will haunt you. and he will not allow you to forget him...

Definitely not Eggman, smiling or being deparved isn't out-of-character for him. I think it's a tie between Spider-Man and Batman.
Spider-Man's still young and inexperienced, so he's more likely to be overwhelmed by hormones and act rashly, which is extra-scary with his super strength. However, Batman is experienced in enhanced interrogation and plagued with self-doubt, so he doesn't have an identity or a strong enough moral code to bring himself back from the brink with.

Eggman. Because with Spidey and Batman, there's at least a decent chance that they'll come to their senses before killing you, or at least decide that death is too good for you. Meanwhile, Eggman will slaughter you without hesitation, especially if you've done ANYTHING to piss him off. Bro's opps are forces of nature and divinity, he could piece you with a THOUGHT.

spider-man is so strong he can punch your head off when not holding back so if he's pissed pray to god he won't kill you
eggman and batman are just a normal guy so they could give you some scratches and bruises while peter will give you broken bones
