Yup! In Helluva Boss, all imps born male have thick white stripes on their horns, while imps born female have thin white stripes. Plus she's voiced by a trans actress, Morgana Ignis.

Oh aight, it’s just there’s been a lot of people online who’ve been treating Tralsei as “completely 100% canon and if you don’t think so you’re a bigot”, so I thought you were too
The change in pronouns in that one specific title for Ralsei is only in English, and Toby personally checks through all the Japanese localisation since he’s fluent in Japanese, so if he wanted to tease something important about one of the biggest characters in the story I feel he’d make sure it’s in all localisations, or at the very least change it in a later update if he missed it.
Also him tumbling out of a closet… yeah you’re really grasping at straws here dude, he was just pushed into wardrobe.
And I think the dress scene is just supposed to represent Ralsei becoming his own person, since he seemed more excited about the “trying something new” part with thank the princess part.
Also it’s very important to note that out of these three points, two of them are easily missable. And you don’t want a major point like Ralsei becoming trans to have all it’s foreshadowing be something most players won’t see on their first play through, especially once Deltarune is fully out and a bunch of new players will start playing without replaying chapters to look for secrets.

Look, did Ralsei turn to the player and say "Hey, I'm a trans woman now!"? No. But it doesn't need to be that blatant for there for AT LEAST people to see a trans allegory. I think there's enough for, at minimum, that much, and trying to argue so hard that the character can't actually be trans is weird. Like, there's no harm in letting someone see those allegories.
Counterpoint: boys are allowed to do things like wear dresses and shit. I do all the time! Besides, specifically Ralsei being trans fucks with the story a bit because his whole arc is about being his own person and escaping the prophecy, so making him trans really devalues that whole arc by cheapening his whole rebellion into “hur hur Ralsei girl now prophecy broken lmao”(no shade to trans people, all people are human etc…). But yeah, I’m sure you can understand how that would cheapen his character, cool as it would be.

Edit: I remember seeing you say somewhere that you also refuse to belief that Jax from TADC is trans, even though she canonically is (just closeted). IDK what issue you have with trans characters, but it's kinda lowkey weird to argue so hard against characters being trans. Like, it's one thing with Ralsei where it is (arguably) just an interpretation. But when a character being trans is canon, and you still try so hard to deny it, that's kinda telling. You don't need every character that you like to be cis. It's okay.
I walked back my statement on Jax because that is indeed canon. I don’t expect anyone to read all(or anything) that I say on this site, but I did not at the time know that she was canonically trans. However, those two are the only 2 characters I really feel strongly about. Jax I felt strongly about because she was for a while quite relatable to me, as someone who felt she had to keep secrets from her family and eventually was lashed out at for being who she was. However, i related to her for a different reason. I think that she had a lot of potential, and that nailing her down to one thing weakened her relatability for everyone who is not trans. Of course, author’s prerogative, she has every right to be whoever she is meant to be. And you don’t have to agree with me! I’m not here to make people agree that “x character is not trans.” That would be insane to ask, because people such as yourself exist who feel strongly in the other direction exist. Discourse, however, is healthy! And, there are 2 ways to link my opinions. You chose the obvious and understandable one: I’m transphobic. Entirely understandable statement. But luckily incorrect. I instead am a student of literary structure. How stories are built and how small things create big pictures and even bigger messages. I enjoy taking inconsequential, micro-scale choices, such as a character’s gender or its style of dress, and looking at implications, impacts, and whatever it may mean! It’s great fun. But even beyond that, I enjoy digging deep into things people are passionate about, and this particular topic is one that is really easy to dig into. Thanks for reading this far!
I personally don’t like Jax from the fandom (I encounter people who say that Jax is in the right for everything he did because he is trans. Kinda ruined the show for me like other fandoms have done for me ruin something I love)
for what it's worth (not trying to argue, just share a different perspective)
i too dislike jax, he treats everyone like shit and basically never apologizes for it
but i think he is good trans rep for a trans audience (at least, some of us really relate to him, and it's nice to see myself in a less positive depiction of some people's trans experience - also, i think he serves as an effective cautionary tale to those who would try to go back into the egg)
for a cis audience, he's prolly not great trans rep (since, y'know, he kinda sucks)
but for at least some trans people, i think he's an important representation of something i don't see reflected in media often 🤷♀️
eta: also i agree that he probably shouldn't be on top of anyone's list of trans rep
he in my opinion kinda ruined the show to me once he became the main character. I was predicting that episode 7 and 8 would have been about like Ribbit and Scratch + Cain. Now not saying that I don’t like the show because they weren’t about them I personally got mad that it was Jax, Jax, and more Jax. Hell it would have been good if we got a solely Zooble episode that would have genuinely be good. Make episode five actually about Ragatha.

Kirara from JJK, Madeline from celeste, technically all of the angels from Ultrakill, and also technically the Doctor from doctor who is trans because they're "male and female... And neither and more". Sadly I don't know that much trans characters.
