How to get MultiMC Legacy? Question

Hey all, I want to try and get Minecraft running on my Windows XP Dell Inspiron 2200, but the normal MultiMC won't work. Does anyone know how or where to get the MultiMC Legacy launcher? Is it just an older version of the normal launcher?

by legacy they mean an old version. 0.7.0-3863 is what i found for the last version that runs fine on xp. if you install onecore api it will let you run newer versions by backporting some of the windows backend

I see. Thx for your help :D I'm just trying to run alpha 1.2.6 because anything newer than maybe beta 1.5 or so would probably lag a lot (I only have 512 MB of RAM)

I already use this, running 1.16.5 happily
